How far in advance should I book?
For standard airport transfers and corporate rides, 24-48 hours is usually fine. For weddings, proms, and party buses, book 4-8 weeks in advance — popular dates fill fast. Call (224) 801-3090 for availability.
Are your prices fixed or metered?
All prices are quoted upfront and fixed at booking. No surge pricing, no hidden fees, no surprises. The price we quote is the price you pay.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), corporate invoicing, and cash. Online booking is available at royalcarriagelimo.com.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in the quoted price. Industry standard is 18-20%. You can tip in cash, add to your credit card, or send via Venmo/Zelle.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup for standard rides. Wedding and event bookings have specific cancellation terms outlined in the contract.
Vehicles & Service
What vehicles do you offer?
Executive sedans (Lincoln Continental), SUVs (Escalade ESV), Sprinter vans (12-14 passengers), stretch limousines (8-10), stretch SUVs (14-16), and party buses (20 and 40 passenger). See our Fleet page for details.
Are your vehicles insured?
Yes. $5 million in commercial liability insurance. All vehicles are commercially licensed, DOT inspected annually, and meet all Illinois transportation regulations.
Are child car seats available?
Yes, at no extra charge. Let us know the child’s age and weight when booking and we’ll have the appropriate seat installed.
Can I bring alcohol?
BYOB is permitted on limousines and party buses for passengers 21+. We provide ice and cups. No alcohol is permitted on prom or underage group bookings — zero tolerance policy.
Airport Service
Do you track flights?
Yes. We monitor your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time automatically. You don’t need to call or text — we already know.
How much wait time is included?
30 minutes free for domestic arrivals, 60 minutes for international arrivals (measured from actual landing time, not scheduled time).
Where does my driver meet me?
For standard pickup: curbside at your terminal’s arrivals level. For meet-and-greet (additional fee): inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name sign. Learn more about airport service.
Weddings & Events
Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes. We customize packages based on your needs — bridal party transport, guest shuttles, getaway car, and honeymoon airport transfers. Wedding transportation details.
Can I see the vehicle before booking?
Absolutely. Call us to schedule a vehicle walkthrough at our lot. We want you to feel confident in your choice.
Do you handle multi-venue events?
Yes. Ceremony to reception, reception to after-party, hotel shuttles — we coordinate every leg. One company, one point of contact, seamless logistics.
Corporate Accounts
Do you offer corporate rates?
Yes. Companies with 10+ rides per month qualify for volume pricing, consolidated monthly invoicing, and a dedicated account manager. Corporate car service.
Can multiple employees book under one account?
Yes. We set up an online portal for your admin team. Authorized bookers can schedule rides, and all charges roll up to one monthly invoice.

Do you serve the suburbs?

Do you serve other airports besides O’Hare and Midway?
Yes. We also serve Milwaukee Mitchell (MKE), Gary/Chicago (GYY), and private aviation airports including Chicago Executive (PWK) and DuPage (DPA).
