Royal Carriage offers flat-rate pricing with no surge charges. Executive sedans from $75, Cadillac Escalade SUVs from $95, Mercedes Sprinter Executive vans from $150, Lincoln stretch limos from $175, 30-passenger party buses from $250, and 56-passenger motor coaches from $350. Wedding packages start at $599. The quoted rate is the final price — no surprise fees.
How do I book?

Is the tip included?
Gratuity is not included in the base flat rate but can be added at booking or paid directly to the chauffeur. Industry standard is 18–20 percent for excellent service.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Every Royal Carriage airport pickup includes real-time flight tracking. Pickup time automatically adjusts to the actual landing time at O’Hare or Midway, with no additional charges for flight delays.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee depending on vehicle type and event. Weddings and special events have separate deposit and cancellation terms.

Do you operate 24 hours a day?
Yes. Royal Carriage dispatches 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — early-morning flights, late-night events, weekends, holidays. No after-hours charges.
Can I bring alcohol on the party bus?
Yes, for passengers 21 and over. Illinois law permits BYOB on hired party buses and limousines. All passengers must be 21+ if alcohol is onboard. Chauffeurs verify IDs at pickup for BYOB trips.
