Acceptance of Terms
By booking transportation services with Royal Carriage Limousine LLC (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Reservations & Payment
All reservations require a valid credit card to confirm. Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes, gratuity, and fees. Flat-rate airport transfers are quoted at time of booking and are guaranteed unless significant route changes are requested.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pick-up are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fare. No-shows (client not present at pick-up location) will be charged the full fare. For hourly bookings and special events, separate cancellation terms may apply as noted at booking.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be billed to the customer of record. The Company reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in illegal activity or behavior that endangers the safety of the driver or other passengers.
Liability
Royal Carriage Limousine LLC is fully licensed and insured per Illinois DOT requirements. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific trip in question.
