Is gratuity included?
20% gratuity included on flat-rate airport + pre-booked wedding packages. Hourly bookings show gratuity as a separate line. Tipping above standard is always appreciated but never expected.
Are tolls included?
Tolls billed at cost as separate line on final receipt. Typical ORD round-trip from west suburbs: $4–8.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight in real time. Inbound delay → chauffeur waits free up to 60 minutes after wheels-down. After 60 min: $25 per 15-min increment.
Extra charge for child seats?
No — forward-facing seats + boosters complimentary on request. Note when booking. We do not provide rear-facing infant seats (FAA + IDOT regs require parent-supplied).
How do deposits work?
Airport: full payment at booking. Hourly <$500: 25% deposit, balance day-of. Hourly >$500 or any wedding: 25% non-refundable deposit, balance 7 days before event.
