What if I am not sure which vehicle to choose?

Yes. All Royal Carriage vehicles are strictly non-smoking. This policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and any other smoking or vaping products. Cleaning fees may apply for violations.

Can I bring alcohol in the vehicle?

BYOB is permitted in stretch limousines and party buses only. We provide ice, glassware, and a cooler. Alcohol is not permitted in sedans, SUVs, or Sprinter vans. All passengers must be of legal drinking age.

Do you offer child car seats?

Yes. Forward-facing car seats and booster seats are available at no additional charge. Please request them when booking so we can have them installed before your pickup.

How old are the vehicles in your fleet?

We maintain a late-model fleet. Most vehicles are within 2–3 model years of the current year. Every vehicle is professionally detailed before each trip and maintained on a preventive schedule that exceeds manufacturer requirements.

What happens if a vehicle has a mechanical issue during my trip?

In the extremely rare event of a mechanical issue, our dispatch team will send a replacement vehicle immediately. Your trip continues with minimal interruption, and any inconvenience is addressed with a service credit or adjustment.
