Allstate Arena (Rosemont): Best Drop-Off
Allstate Arena in Rosemont has the cleanest concert drop-off of any major Chicago venue. The Bryn Mawr Avenue entrance on the south side accepts limos and SUVs directly under the canopy. After-show pickup is the same spot — drivers stage in the parking lot directly south and roll up when the rider texts.
The Chicago party bus is the standard Allstate vehicle. The Mercedes Sprinter fits the same drop-off.
United Center: Stadium and Bulls Drop-Off
United Center drop-off and pickup are at the dedicated rideshare/limo zone on the west side of the building (Madison and Wood). The east-side parking lot accepts limos for re-pickup with a 30-minute wait. The vehicle does NOT have to leave between drop and pick — staging is allowed.
The Mercedes Sprinter and stretch limousine both stage in the same zone.
Soldier Field: Lakefront Routing
Soldier Field’s lakefront location means traffic is the variable. For Bears games, plan a 45-minute buffer beyond Google Maps. For concerts, the McCormick Place loop south of the stadium is the cleanest drop-off and pickup spot. The Schaumburg limo fits there cleanly; the fleet is the upgrade for groups of 10+.
After-show pickup at Soldier Field is on East Solidarity Drive on the south side. The driver stages there 30 minutes before show-end.

Vehicle by Headcount
1-4 passengers with light luggage: sedan (Mercedes S-Class or Cadillac CT6). 4-6 passengers or heavier luggage: full-size SUV (Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator). 7-14 passengers with luggage: Mercedes Sprinter. 15-30 passengers: party bus or 26-passenger mini bus. 31+ passengers: motor coach.

After-Show Pickup Strategy
After-show pickup at any major Chicago concert venue follows the same logic: pickup point is NOT the same as drop-off, the vehicle stages 2-3 blocks away, and the rider walks the last 3-5 minutes. Texting the driver as the encore starts beats waiting until the show ends.

How far in advance should I book a event limo?
For Saturdays in May, June, September and October — book 60-90 days out. For Friday corporate runs — 1-2 weeks is usually fine. For airport runs — 24-48 hours is the practical minimum during peak season.
Is the price flat or hourly?
Airport runs are almost always flat rate. Event work (weddings, proms, nights out) is hourly with a 3-hour minimum on weekend evenings.
What’s included in the price?
Base rate + standard tolls. Gratuity (15-20%) is typically added separately, as is event parking. Bottled water is standard in every Royal Carriage vehicle.
What if my plans change?
Free cancellation 24 hours out for most events. Inside 24 hours on a wedding or event date typically forfeits the deposit. Airport runs are more flexible.
