What We Actually Do
Royal Carriage Limousine is a family-owned, IL-DOT-licensed black car company based in Naperville, IL. We’ve been running chauffeured ground transportation in the Chicago metro since 2008 — not a booking aggregator, not a broker. Every vehicle in our 19-car fleet is owned and operated by us.

Do you serve all Chicago suburbs?
Yes. Our garage is in Naperville — we serve every suburb on the map, from Waukegan to Joliet to Elgin. No suburban surcharge. If you’re outside the standard pricing zone, we’ll quote a flat rate before you confirm.
How far in advance should I book?

Yes. Royal Carriage Limousine LLC holds an Illinois DOT operating authority and carries $5M commercial liability insurance — the full statutory requirement for chauffeured ground transportation in Illinois. License numbers available on request.
