Mini Bus / Motorcoach (26 passenger)
- $100 per hour, 3-hour minimum (plus cc fee)

Are the Westin partner rates available to ALL guests, or only conference attendees?
Both. Any guest staying at the Westin Chicago Northwest qualifies for partner rates as long as the trip is booked while you are a registered hotel guest (current stay or upcoming reservation). Conference attendees, wedding guests, leisure travelers, and corporate accounts all qualify.
Do partner rates apply to round-trip bookings?
Yes. Both legs of a round trip get partner pricing as long as both legs originate or terminate at the Westin. A round-trip airport transfer (Westin to O’Hare, then O’Hare back to Westin) qualifies for the $80 flat-rate each way + cc fee, totaling $160 + cc fees for both legs.
How far in advance should we book?
For airport transfers: 24-48 hours ahead works for most days. For Friday/Saturday evenings or conference-week peak windows, 72 hours is safer. For wedding bookings, 4-12 weeks ahead locks in vehicle availability and the dedicated coordinator.
What happens if my flight is delayed?

No. Royal Carriage does NOT use surge pricing or peak-day surcharges. The partner rate is the partner rate, every day. The only adjustments are for true overnight trips (after 11 PM origin time) which add a $25 night-shift fee.
